Using ChatMonJA
By downloading or using ChatMonJA, you agree to these terms. ChatMonJA is provided for personal or commercial Twitch channel use, subject to Twitch’s own rules and policies.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for following Twitch’s terms, community guidelines, developer requirements, and all laws that apply to your use of the software. You are also responsible for the greetings, commands, links, and other content you configure ChatMonJA to send.
Preview software
ChatMonJA is currently preview software and may contain bugs, change without notice, or behave differently across computers. Keep backups of any settings you consider important.
No warranty
ChatMonJA is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. There is no promise that it will always be available, error-free, secure, or compatible with future Twitch, macOS, or Windows changes.
Limitation of responsibility
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the creator is not responsible for lost data, lost revenue, account restrictions, service interruptions, or other damages arising from the use or inability to use ChatMonJA.
Changes or discontinuation
ChatMonJA’s features, availability, pricing, or support may be changed, suspended, or discontinued at any time. These terms may also be updated, with the latest version posted on this page.
